Great staff they are not there to just sell you a car they are there to build a relationship with the customer and find you a vehicle that will fit your lifestyle and more importantly your budget they are great at problem solving and finding a solution I purchased two vehicles from the Subaru of Rochester we all know buying a new car can be stressful and give a person anxiety they did a fantastic job of making the process exciting and took away any concerns I had the staff there really care about the people in the community I could see that through my experience I would recommend them to anyone that is on a new car journey purchase

Vanessa, my salesperson, was just fantastic. If all my car buying experiences were like this, it would make the process a little less stressful. The team was truly caring and were adamant that they find the right car for me. Great customer service the following days after my purchase as well. Staying in touch with the customer will bring them back and show them genuine appreciation for their purchase.

My sales person Elliot was amazing. So great to work with and listened to my needs with no high pressure sales. They stayed past hours to assist me with the sale after ai traveled 2 hours after a very long work day. This is my second purchase from this dealer and I will be back.

I had an excellent experience leasing my 2025 Subaru Forester Hybrid from Subaru of Rochester! The entire process was incredibly easy and smooth from start to finish, and I never felt pressured at any point. What really stood out was how stress-free everything was compared to a recent, frustrating experience I had not long ago at Burnsville Walser Honda. The difference was night and day, Subaru of Rochester respected my time, communicated clearly, and made the process genuinely enjoyable. They even delivered my vehicle to me over an hour away! The paperwork barely took any time, maybe 5-10 minutes to sign, making it quick and painless. I even was got to talk some D&D with the gentleman who delivered it. If you want a dealership that's straightforward, low pressure and easy to work with, I can't recommend Subaru of Rochester enough. Everyone I worked with was great! Seamless process with extremely helpful staff. Not pushy and will show you any option they have. The follow-up makes you feel like family. I love my Subaru and haven't yet experience the shop area but expect it to be a pleasant experience as well.

My partner just bought a Forester that had a few minor things it needed, so I brought it to the service dept here. Car had a rattle in the interior that was driving her nuts and we wanted a CVT drain and fill. Lauren was my service advisor and did a great job with keeping me informed with what was going on. Perfect amount of communication. Not too much not too little and answered my questions quickly. Sorry I accidently tried to steal the loaner keys that was my bad lol. Zach was the tech and props to him for finding the rattle. A lot of times these things are impossible to track down. It was such a light rattle I wasn't sure if they would be able to get it, but Zack came through. Mack (the car owner) is so relived it's gone you made her month. Like really, you have no idea how happy this woman is now that it's gone. Love the service videos they made with the inspection and showing where the rattle was. Made us feel like we got a good value for the money. I would have never gotten that dash back together without snapping trim piece clips. I also would have never guessed the dash was taken apart without he video, as it was put back together perfectly. They gave me a loaner with like 16 miles on it. I was a little nervous to drive a car that new lol, but I settled in nicely. Made for a very comfortable drive home. Glad I didn't peg a deer with it. If we ever need a bigger vehicle I will defiantly be looking at Accents and that incredible moon roof. I'm long winded sorry, but to warp this up, we feel a lot better about the new (to us) vehicle in the garage thanks to the work by Lauren and Zack. If either of you are reading this, thank you for taking care of us. We may not have bought here, but it's nice to know we'll be taken care of by professionals like y'all in the future. We purchased a new Crosstrek and, as usual, the service was exceptional. This is the third vehicle we have purchased here and we will keep bringing them our business for the foreseeable future. Levi, Luis, and everyone else at Subaru made it a great experience.

They actually took the time to get in the car with me for a test drive to confirm what I hearing so they could convey that to the technicians. The service advisor was great at communicating to let me know the status of the repairs. There was no real pressure to upsell any maintenance items but did offer so that was nice as well. Overall a great experience and will be back if and when my vehicle has issues again.

I called to get parts to do work myself and was told I had an extended warranty so took my car in and they took care of the issue at no cost to me. I love my forester and was very pleased with the whole process as I purchased it. Now a little over a year later and even with the issue of a broken down car I am even more of a Subaru lover. All the people at Penz Subaru are great to work with will deal with them again and will gladly tell others to give them an opportunity .Great job.
