I worked with Collins at Subaru of Rochester to purchase my new Ascent. He was great and made everything easy! I was in a car accident the evening before purchasing the Ascent. My 2017 Subaru Outback was totaled when a drunk driver hit me. I called Friday morning and told him exactly what vehicle I was interested in. He held it for me until we arrived that afternoon!

Collins helped me purchase a 2010 toyota corolla from them and he was amazing, very polite and helpful and a kind man who made me feel confident in my purchase. My car runs like a dream :)
